Elizabeth Cady Stanton Luncheon

Elizabeth Cady Stanton Luncheon

Join the Seneca Falls Historical Society for our annual Elizabeth Cady Stanton Luncheon, celebrating Stanton’s 211th birthday and her enduring legacy as a pioneer of the women’s rights movement. This year’s featured speaker is Dr. Ellen Carol DuBois, a pioneer of modern American women’s history and UCLA Distinguished Research Professor. Dr. DuBois will discuss her newest book, Elizabeth Cady Stanton: A Revolutionary Life. Featured Program: Dr. DuBois will explore three important periods in Elizabeth Cady Stanton’s life—the 1850s, 1870s, and 1890s—and the diverse and creative contributions Stanton made during each.
